T.R. has been involved in racing as both a crew member and a driver. He currently is the crew chief for the #21 Mid American Stock Car, a position he's shared with Chris Bendzick over the past few seasons. He handles all the spotting duties, is a co-founder of Pacesetter Chassis, and makes very important decisions about the racecar from a week to week basis.

T.R. started his racing career helping Jamie Farrell in the Bomber Division at Raceway Park in Shakopee, MN. Over the years, T.R. crew chiefed the Farrell Racing team from the entry level divisions of Bomber Racing, to the top division Super Late Model Racing. His knowledge of racing has been polished a little shinier every year, and is now sparkling his way into the Crew Chief role with Bendzick Racing.

T.R. does have some driving experience as well. He built and drove his own Figure 8 car a few years back. Ironically, his current driver, Adam Bendzick, would probably be considered his Crew Chief back then. And then came that fateful night at Elko Speedway, there was crash in "The X" involving T.R. and a t-bone collision. T.R. suffered no serious injuries, but his car was destroyed. Although he was a talented and daring driver, T.R. now chooses to be one of the masterminds behind the #21 Mid American Stock Car.

T.R. is married to his high school sweetheart, Kara Connelly. Together they have two amazing boys, Memphis (5) and Tucker (2). He enjoys hunting, fishing, hanging out with the family, and spending time with his friends. I think it's safe to say, T.R. is "Living the High Life."
